DOG LOCATION:   Newcastle, ON.    Charlie is a young, friendly Miniature Poodle / Cocker Spaniel mix.  As a Poodle mix, he is not hypoallergenic.  He sheds a fair amount, which causes allergic reactions in a significant number of people with dog allergies, and some of the reactions are relatively severe. 

With continued training, Charlie is going to be a great family dog!  He's being fostered in Newcastle, ON, which is where Meet & Greets for selected applicant households will take place.
